Lakes Galore

While Big Lake is located within Hot Springs Village, it is not an official lake of the community. This means you have private lake access along with the enjoyment of the other community lakes!

Lake Balboa is the largest of the community, spanning 950 acres. It is open to all watersports and features the Balboa Marina.

Desoto Lake is also home to a marina. Each marina offers rentals, boating services, and snacks. Among the other nine lakes, you will find beaches, pavilions, and grilling areas.

An Active Community

Hot Springs Village is well-known for its nine professionally designed golf courses. Other amenities include tennis courts, fitness centers, pools, bocce ball, over 30 miles of trails, and more.

With over 200 clubs and organizations, every member of the family will find their fit in the community. The Woodlands Auditorium and Ponce De Leon Center host events, live shows, and more.
